CARPORT ALLOCATIONS SCHEDULE PROGRAM
FIRST TIME COMPETITOR INFORMATION
You are required to read your Round and Series Supplementary Regulations found HERE.
It is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their bike it is is adequately prepared for the event.
Riders must comply with Series Supplementary Regulations Item 13 (Acceptance), 19 (Riders) and 20 (Machine).
GATES: Open at 6:15am Sunday
EVENT SCHEDULE/CARPORT ALLOCATIONS: Posted above Friday prior to the event, on the Facebook Event and emailed to club members.
SIGN IN: Prior to attending scrutineering, competitors are required to attend the Race Admin Office and present their current National Competition Licence, Club Membership & sign the Waiver Agreement.
RIDERS BRIEFING: To be held in the scrutineering bay at 8.15am for all competitors and parent/guardians of under 18 year old’s. You must sign the attendance register before leaving the briefing.
SCRUTINEERING: Scrutineering from 7.30am to 9.30am.
Solo machines must be presented to the Scrutineering Bay (allocated undercover area) with belly pan removed and available for inspection. Bikes must not be hot for the morning inspection.
TYRE SERVICE: Provided by Marc Cartier and Graham Corey of Pirelli/GP Wholesale will be available to provide any technical assistance. MCRCWA Club Members receive discounts on tyres when presenting their membership card.
RACE NUMBERS: Available for purchase from the race admin office $2 each.
Timing Brackets also available for purchase at $15 each.
REMEMBER ON THE DAY YOU MUST SIGN IN TWICE
1. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING (WITH YOUR RACE LICENSE) IN THE RACE OFFICE
2. RIGHT AFTER RIDERS BRIEFING (LOOK FOR YOUR RACE CLASS CLIPBOARD)
Event Awards will be presented at the end of the day at McCracken House.
The club bar located in the caravan will be open once the airbags have been brought in.
